CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will be accepted if requested within 07 (seven) calendar days after the purchase of the service/ticket, without exception, and will have a refund of 35% of the amount paid. Cancellations made after 7 (seven) days or 48 hours after the event/session will not be refunded. Failure to appear without prior notification will result in loss of the amount paid. If there is not the minimum number of subscribers until the day before the event or session, it will be postponed or cancelled, all subscribers notified and fully refunded. It is necessary to register in advance of the event or session to guarantee your place and availability of materials.

Date transfers for courses, events or sessions will only be carried out upon notification at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled activity date.

If you have purchased any physical or digital product, ticket to events, course or mentoring session on our website that for any reason needs to be returned, within 7 (seven) days - counted from receipt - please contact us by e-mail financial@gardendigital.com.br informing the reason for your request and your data, as well as: (name, telephone and order number) after prior analysis of the data and reasons, we will arrange for cancellation and/or partial refund.

The deadline for the exchange or credit request communicated to our Call Center to be completed is 30 (thirty) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the request at our call center.
